The Event Centre - Ocean Room

The Event Centre - Ocean Room at the University of Wollongong is located on level 2 of the Central Building of Innovation Campus.

This large, modern, impressive space features floor-to-ceiling windows along two walls, providing views over the Innovation Campus and its gardens.

The Ocean Room is an open-plan space and truly multi-purpose. It can hold 180 people in theatre-style seating, 110 in gala dinner seating or 180 people for a standing reception.

The Event Centre is perfect for conferences, staff training, presentations, product launches, team meetings, cultural events, dinners, or cocktail parties.

The space features all of the IT requirements and furniture for any professional or corporate event.

When hiring our very beautiful Ocean Room ask about our half-day, weekend, and evening rates and also our full-day weekend and extra hour rates.

All our spaces can be booked 24 hours a day seven days a week, conditions apply.

$975.00 is our weekend room hire rate for a full day (up to 9 hours), we can offer lower rates for weekday bookings or half days (up to 4 hours)
