St Stephen's has been the venue for major Sydney Festival and Vivid Sydney events, contemporary music concerts, classical and opera performances, state events and weddings (large and small).
The building has disabled access throughout; WiFi for guests, a modern audio-visual system and live streaming are available.

St Stephen's Uniting Church is a worshiping congregation of the Uniting Church in Australia. We have an extensive music and arts program, and a social welfare program. We are inclusive of all, including the LGBTIQ community and CALD communities.
