Focus Yoga & Pilates is a product of a husband and wife team united in a passion to share the benefits of a healthy lifestyle with the community. The studio is an extension of Health Focus Centre where founding Chiropractor Raffi saw the importance of health being beyond just the treatment of injury and illness. With Lidia and her background as a professional dancer and training in Yoga, they found common ground in the idea that movement is a vital part of maintaining physical and mental health. And so, Focus Yoga & Pilates studio was created. A place for people to connect with like-minded others, enriching their knowledge and experience of healthy lifestyle habits through yoga & pilates.
