Newrybar Community Hall - Weddings & Parties (18hrs)

This slot is for weddings and events that require a full day booking (24hours), including extra time to bump in and bump out to decorate and clean up. Bump in time is 10am and a late bump out time is 10am the following day to account for pack up. The rate also included a bond of $500 which will be returned after your event on inspection.

The Newrybar Community Hall (previously known as The Newrybar School of Arts) was built in 1899 and has become the focal point of community life.

We cater for all events large and small up to 130 people (standing).

Many weddings, parties, school functions, meetings, and events have been celebrated at the Hall over its 120 year lifetime.

A billiard room and library were a feature of the Hall in the early days.

Concerts, bazaars, Pens Touring Talkies, cards, billiards, skating, table tennis, meetings, junior farmers, school functions, sports evenings and tournaments were all a regular feature at the Hall.

About the organisation:
We are a non-for-profit organisation. The Hall is run for the community by the community and all profits go towards the maintenance, beautification, and renovation of the Hall.
