The Fierce Females Self Defence Studio is a women's only self-defence charity that has its own private studio based in Helensvale Westfield Mall.
This private studio has a 6x3 meter Tatami Mat which is great for all mixed martial arts, sports training, Kendo, Tai Chi, Dance crew and Stunt crew.
We recommend up to 10 students can comfortably train within this space.
Conveniently located opposite the train station for easy transport access and is accessible 24/7 for hire on the outskirts of the Mall.
Rental includes 24/7 access via lockbox key, airconditioning, Tatami Mats and Mirror surround
Toilet access is limited to mall hours - Monday 9 am - 5 pm, Tuesday 9 am - 5.30 pm, Wednesday 9 am - 5.30 pm, Thursday 9 am - 9 pm, Friday 9 am - 5.30 pm, Saturday 9 am - 5 pm and Sunday 10 am - 4 pm.
