The Sea Scout Main Hall in Ulladulla is a large and open-plan hall with high-pitched ceilings, lots of natural light, stainless steel beams, and newly sanded and sealed beautiful timber floorboards.
New glass and screens have just been installed in all hall windows (see updates in photos) making the space feel open and inviting in the fresh sea breeze.
A burnt orange colour theme for the walls ensures this hall feels toasty and welcoming. Interior and exterior lighting has also been upgraded.
The Hall has a separate newly renovated kitchen, private bathroom facilities, and a small separate meeting room.
This Hall is perfect for high tea, bridal showers, children's parties, exercise classes, craft and book fairs, art exhibitions, homeschooling and more with both indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy.
For a $25 flat hire fee (must be confirmed prior to booking), we now have available 60 new folding black padded chairs and 9 new bifold 6-foot long trestle tables (seat 6-8). Guests are also welcome to bring their own seating/tables.
The Hall has a minimum hire of 1. 5hrs for 1hr block (1hr hire plus half hour payment for time to set up and pack down/clean at start/finish of any hire period), so $25 + $12.50 = $37.50 payment minimum.
Daily hire is offered at a discounted rate.
To keep fees to a minimum, booking clients are not charged a cleaning fee but are expected to undertake basic cleaning routines (wipe surfaces, sweep up, mop wet areas) prior to locking up at the end of their hire session. Cleaning products are provided. A fee of $50 will apply if the site is not left in a cleaned state.
