Overlooking the surf beach, Helensburgh-Stanwell Park Surf Life Saving Club Hall provides an open plan space to enjoy the sounds and smell of the surf.
Floor to ceiling windows afford the space not only the amazing view, but loads of light.
The Hall has been tastefully maintained, with lovely parquetry floors, a white sloping ceiling and white panelled walls.
The space was renovated in 2019 to improve the acoustics and refresh the building, this included special acoustics panels on the ceiling and walls, new energy efficient LED lighting and feature lights, increased storage, new seating and a bar leaner from which to admire the view.
This is a simple and clean space providing a blank canvas for your next event or occasion.
This listing is for hourly hire and not intended for party hire and no alcohol (this is a fully licensed venue).
HSPSLSC was formed in 1908 to protect the bathing public on Stanwell Park Beach. Now more than 110 years old, the club is still saving lives on the Stanwell Park. The surf club building is located on the southern end of Stanwell Park with outstanding views of the beach and out to the ocean. The club's main function is to save lives on the beach, but it is now aiming to be a hub for the community acting as a meeting place, and an easy location for people to access and meet.
