Huskisson Scout and Guide Hall

Discover the charming Husky Hall, a modern and spacious Scout and Guide Hall located just moments away from the picturesque village of Huskisson on the breathtaking shores of Jervis Bay on the south coast of NSW.

Our hall is a relatively new facility, featuring an impressive vaulted ceiling and a polished timber floor, providing an ideal space for a wide range of activities such as yoga, Pilates, kids' parties, homeschooling, book fairs, craft, and art exhibitions.

The hall is frequently used by both Scout and Guide groups, as well as several local community groups, making it a vibrant hub of activity.

About the organisation:
Scouts Australia NSW provides young Aussies aged 5 to 25 with fun and challenging opportunities to grow through adventure. With over 17,000 youth and adult members from various cultural and religious backgrounds and with varying abilities, Scouts is one of the largest and most successful youth organisations in the state. Today’s Scouts can take part in an extraordinary variety of outdoor activities, from ‘traditional Scouting skills’ such as camping and bush craft, through to more extreme challenges such as abseiling, overnight hiking, rafting, canoeing, canyoning, snow activities, rock climbing, sailing and even flying! Scouts also can become involved in performing arts, leadership development, community service, amateur radio operation, environmental projects, large-scale Australian events such as Cuborees, Jamborees and Ventures, international events, and service projects in developing countries. Scouts Australia NSW, puts the needs of young people first. Our youth led, adult supported approach ensures youth members are always at the forefront of our program and gives them the platform to take a constructive place in society as responsible citizens and as members of their local, national, and international communities.
